The construction firm will be responsible for the fast-track completion of the project in MBR City, Dubai.
Allied Contracting wins fast-track contract for Ellington Properties Wilton Park Residences
Allied Contracting has been awarded a contract to accelerate the delivery of the Wilton Park Residences project, which is being developed by Ellington Properties.
Located in Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum City (MBR City) in Dubai, the Wilton Park Residences will be influenced by modern London architecture and comprise a range of studios, one- and two-bedrooms.
According to Allied Contracting, they will be responsible for setting a new project management plan for the residential project.
"Our focus is to accelerate the completion of the project by deploying the latest technology in construction and bringing higher levels of work efficiency on-site," said Allied Contracting CEO Abdulla Khalifa Beyat.
"With our expertise in managing large-scale projects, we will ensure that we meet the approved delivery schedule."
Also commenting on the appointment, Ellington Properties Managing Director and Co-Founder, Joseph Thomas, said they were "confidentâ€"in delivering the first homes in Wilton Park Residences based on a fast-tracked construction programme.
"With clear timelines for the delivery of Wilton Park Residences, we have been working with proven contractors for the construction of the project. The third-party vendor we assigned initially faced several challenges and we made the decision to assign Allied Contracting and ensure the smooth transition of the project management process."
